Modeling FAQ

Q: What exactly do you do?

A: We supply pictures of models and interiors to magazines, newspapers, web developers and art designers for a variety of uses. Our pictures are usually sold through stock agencies online.

Q: Will I be compensated for modeling?

A: Yes, models are paid $10-25 per hour. Rates depend on the type of shoot, number of people in the shoot, and how many times you’ve modeled with us. We will let you know the rate of pay when proposing a shoot to you.

Q: How many pictures will we take?

A: Usually around 200 per hour.

Q: Will I know where my pictures are used?

A: They will be used in books, magazines, websites and brochures. Sometimes designers and publishers will notify us that they are using our picture, sometimes they won’t. If we find any of your pictures in print we’ll notify you so you can pick up a copy. It is likely that one of your friends or relatives will spot you somewhere and tell you.

Q: Will I be modeling with someone else I don’t know?

A: Not usually. We want all models to be comfortable so we don’t usually pair you up with people you don’t know. If you have friends that are interested in modeling with you let us know so we can setup a shoot with multiple people.

Q: What types of pictures do you take?

A: To see some of our past shoots look in our Commercial Gallery.

Q: How should I dress?

A: We will tell you the theme of the shoot beforehand, and make sure you would like to participate. If something out of the ordinary is needed, like medical scrubs, we would provide that. Otherwise you can usually just wear clothes you already have.

Q: Any other rules for the clothes?

A: Yes. It is very important that there are no visible words or logos on your clothes. These are copyrighted and cannot be used in the photos. Simple and plain is the best.

Q: Do I need to sign anything?

A: Yes. We will need you to sign a standard model release. We cannot take your picture without a signed model release.

Q: Where will the shoot be?

A: Most of our shoots are in the Cumming, GA area, but sometimes that can change.
